Auckland Wine Bar Guide

Given New Zealand’s thriving wine industry, Auckland’s wine bar scene is not one to rave about but don’t despair, we’ve put together a guide of our favourite vinous hangouts in the City of Sails.

Here is our Auckland Wine Bar Guide:

OUR FAV!

Apéro
280 Karangahape Road | Wine List

“Your inner-city casual local!” With tons of ambience, delicious food by chef Leslie and an expertly selected wine list by somm Mo, this small wine bar on one of Auckland’s hippest streets is our go-to place for a glass of fine New Zealand or overseas vino.

Mo is always keen to share his knowledge in an unpretentious and casual way. A wine wanker free environment with plenty of charm that makes you feel as if you’re sitting at Mo’s and Leslie’s dinner table.
